Venice Cocktail Week at Nolinski Venezia

From October 22 to 26, 2025, Venice will host the fourth edition of Venice Cocktail Week, an event dedicated to the discovery and expertise of mixology. In a spirit of celebration, this week dedicated to the art of cocktail offers an itinerary through various venues in the Serenissima: prestigious hotel bars, cocktail lounges, and renowned partner venues.
For this occasion, 31 selected establishments will unveil a unique cocktail menu.
It is in the prestigious Bar Bibliotheca, a secret address with a cozy atmosphere, that bartenders Diego Andrea Busoli and Marco Rubegni, head barman, created the signature cocktail “From Paris to Venice.” A creation that pays homage to the multitude of works of art surrounding the bar, resulting in a composition that is fresh, structured, and refined.
This fresh cocktail with a hint of lemon invades and warms the palate. It embodies an invitation to contemplation, a precious pause. This creation is best savored slowly, in the enveloping setting of the Bar Bibliothèque.
