I authorize EVOK COLLECTION to photograph me and my child(ren) during the Easter egg hunt organized by EVOK COLLECTION.

This authorization is granted free of charge:

• For the use, in whole or in part, of images representing me or my child.
• For the following modes of distribution: by any means of online communication and television broadcasting on all fixed or mobile networks, whether current or future, including but not limited to the Internet and social media.
• For a duration of 18 months.
• For all uses by the EVOK COLLECTION group and on all media.
