Brach Madrid is set to open in September, heralding the arrival of a vibrant new energy. Like a bridge between the two establishments, the Terrace on the 1st floor of Brach Paris, a place for meeting and sharing, will become the stage for an encounter between Paris and Madrid.

Created by Chef Adam Bentalha, the menu showcases the flavours of Spain, with a selection of tapas inspired by specialities such as croquettes, Spanish omelette, charcuterie, octopus and Spanish peppers.
