For the 2025 festive season, Evok Collection presents a Precious Collection imagined by Pastry Chef Fabien Emery.

Inspired by the world of fine jewellery, these creations play on the finesse of the ingredients, the precision of the textures and the elegance of the finishing touches.

The highlight is the signature Yule log, “Flocon précieux”, conceived as a centrepiece to share, playing with transparency and contrast. It is accompanied by two other logs chocolate buckwheat and red berry blackcurrant yogurt, as well as the jewelled Galette Nardi and the traditional Roscón de Reyes at Brach Madrid and Brach Paris.
