

Masterclass et immersions
Starting on September 22, 2021, Evok invites foodies, cooking novices, and home cooks to discover the secrets of its Chefs and experts by preparing a meal or going on a special excursion. You can take a 90-minute master class, join a kitchen team for a day, or discover the Rungis market in the wee hours.
BOOKINGMARSTER CLASS
An experience of food and discovery, with conversation and cooking lessons. For 90 minutes once a month you can discover the well-guarded secrets of Evok’s Chefs, Mixologists, Sommeliers and Bakers who will share their skills with you. The food you prepare can be eaten on site or taken home after the Master class.

COOKING IMMERSION
From 3 pm to 11 pm, join the teams from Palais Royal Restaurant, Nolinski, Brach, or Sinner alongside Chef Adam Bentalha or Philip Chronopoulos and immerse yourself in the thrilling atmosphere of the kitchen. Before the rush, head to the other side of the counter for a dinner break across from the kitchen.

PASTRY IMMERSION
Brach’s Laboratoire Pâtisserie opens its doors from 7 am to 3 pm. The schedule includes discovering, learning, and practicing the baker’s tasks during a typical day behind the scenes of the Brach Pâtisserie, alongside Luc Balavoine, the right-hand man of Yann Brys, Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Share a lunch break with the Pastry Chef at Brach Le Restaurant.

EXCURSION TO RUNGIS
An iconic place for cooking and fine cuisine, the Rungis market is the biggest fresh produce market in the world. Participants will explore Rungis late at night with the Chef Adam Bentalha. Tour of the site and a meal afterwards in one of the market restaurants.
