Easter 2026: The Brach “Eclipse” Egg lands in Paris & Madrid

In 2026, Brach captures a rare moment in the sky—the solar eclipse crossing Europe on 12 August 2026—and turns it into an object of desire: the Brach “Eclipse” Egg, conceived and crafted by Fabien Emery, Pastry Chef for Evok Collection. Designed to be gifted, kept or displayed, it echoes that suspended instant when the city slows and the light shifts.
Behind its sculptural silhouette, the recipe focuses on depth and texture: 64% Gaya dark chocolate, hazelnut praline, and dark- and milk-chocolate shards with hazelnut pieces.
The Brach “Eclipse” Egg will be available at Brach Paris and Brach Madrid from 20 March to 7 April 2026.
Easter also comes to life across the Collection with the Evok Collection Egg Hunt (by registration) at Brach Madrid (April 1, 2026), Nolinski Venezia (April 2, 2026), and Brach Paris & Nolinski Paris (April 15, 2026), plus a special Easter brunch at Brach Paris and Brach Madrid on Sunday, April 5, 2026.
